2023 SOAP Abstract Reviewer Information 

Thank you to those who have submitted a Reviewer Interest Form.

The SOAP Research Abstract Subcommittee will review the forms submitted and determine whether you will be assigned to review research abstracts or case reports. Please expect to be grading 50-60 abstracts (either research abstracts or case-reports).

There will be a Reviewers’ Webinar on February 7th from 5-6PM ET to inform you about the reviewing process and how to score abstracts. Please note there are significant changes in the scoring system this year and we encourage all reviewers to attend the Webinar (it will be recorded). 

The SOAP 2023 Reviewer Timeline:

  • Interest form submission: until Monday January 30th 10PM EST
  • Abstracts (research or case-reports) distribution to reviewers: Monday, February 6
  • Reviewers’ Webinar: Tuesday, February 7, 5 PM EST (will be recorded)
  • Scores submitted by reviewers: Tuesday, February 14 10PM EST
