More About the Obstetric Anesthesia Physician Wellness SIG

The Obstetric Anesthesia Physician Wellness SIG will connect and empower SOAP members with an interest in increasing awareness and actions to promote the wellness of obstetric anesthesia providers. Members will share ideas to identify and diminish burnout; discuss means to promote a culture of well-being and support; share peer resources and personal guidance/coaching; learn how to be a resource for their institutions; disseminate information from the ACOG and the ASA Committee on Physician Well-being; and discuss ways to extend wellness initiatives to other obstetric care providers and potentially patients.
