- Payment and Cancellation Information
- Payment in full is required no later than April 3, 2023.
- For sponsorships canceled or reduced before March 1, 2023, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost will be retained by SOAP.
- No refunds will be issued for sponsorships canceled or reduced after March 1, 2023. The sponsor company will be responsible for the full cost of the sponsorship.
- Should extenuating circumstances cause SOAP to cancel the event, sponsors will be fully refunded or have the option to have their sponsorship fee applied toward the next SOAP Annual Meeting.
