Notification: Presenting and Senior Authors were notified of their acceptance status and presentation date and time. Contact SOAP HQ if you have not received an email [email protected]. 

Accepted Presenters: If you, or a colleague on your behalf, is unable to present at the meeting, please inform SOAP HQ via the speaker portal tasks by March 31, 2023. Lack of notification is indication that you will be present at the Annual Meeting. If you do not notify and do not attend, you and your institution will not be able to submit an abstract to the Annual Meeting for a time period of five years. 

PowerPoint Template: All presenters at the meeting are encouraged to use the 2023 SOAP Annual Meeting PowerPoint template when creating slides for your presentations. Select download a copy to save to your computer.

  • RESEARCH ABSTRACTS SESSION #2 on Friday, MAY 5, 2023 from 8:00 - 10:00 am 
  • CASE REPORTS SESSION #3 on Saturday, MAY 6, 2023 from 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm 
  • RESEARCH & CASE-REPORT SESSION on Sunday, MAY 7, 2023 from 11:40 am – 1:00 pm 
Details on How to Submit your PowerPoint Slides:  Everything a presenter in the case report and research abstract sessions listed above need to know in order to submit their slides can be found here. For questions on uploading your slides, contact [email protected]. 

Presentation Information: 
  • To facilitate discussion of your work, we ask that you summarize the key points with a FIVE MINUTE PowerPoint Presentation with a total maximum of THREE SLIDES. An additional five minutes will be provided for Q&A. 
  • The time limits will be strictly enforced by the moderators.
  • In addition, on March 16th you were sent an email with instructions on how to upload your presentation summary to the SciGentech site.
